The Marketing Manager that reports directly to the Cluster Director, delivers brand and product value to target customers locally to assure offering availability and generate insight about customer desires and behaviour. Moreover, he/she selects and implements the most suitable marketing mix at local markets to drive new business growth through effective customer segmentation and lead generation and to actively contribuite to company goals, assuring consistency with brand and company positioning.
KEY REPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifies B2B industry trends in local Biesse markets through market research and industry reports to understand buyer needs.
2. Defines target customers (audiences) and sets specific marketing goals across product segments, regions, and channels, applying pricing and promotion strategies to align with product positioning, CRM
3. Leads the deployment of Customer Experience, tailoring content to local cultures for effective implementation of the Biesse Material Journey.
4. Executes local marketing activities, coordinating with sales and technical teams to design campaigns that follow Biesse brand guidelines, boosting awareness and consideration.
5. Analyzes marketing performance and communicates findings to stakeholders through comprehensive reports aimed at enhancing marketing effectiveness.
6. Supports both annual and long-term marketing plans, fostering collaboration between countries and HQ to strengthen global brand equity.
