Job Responsibilities
The HRIS Analyst ensures the administration and proper usage of HR systems at Group level, providing support to Key Users.
Main Accountabilities:
* Support & Training:
o Act as primary contact for HRIS Key Users, offering support on Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning modules.
o Provide support to End Users as needed.
o Monitor case resolution with external Maintenance Service providers.
o Create and update training materials for all in-scope modules.
* Data Maintenance:
o Regular data control and cleaning activities.
o Assist with data entry process as needed (Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and LMS).
o Manage large imports as necessary.
* Data Analytics:
o Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting based on HR KPIs according to business requirements.
o Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources using Ingentis.
* Interfaces Management and System Configuration:
o Maintain system configuration: business rules, workflows, approvers, permission groups.
o Monitor and maintain interfaces linked to Pulse (payroll and other IT Systems).
o Contribute to the continuous development, adoption, testing, and maintenance of HR systems.
* Organization and Processes:
o Participate in new projects, such as implementing new modules or functionalities.
Job Profile
Qualifications, Knowledge:
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Preferred degree in Economics/Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering/Information Technology.
* Ideal 1-2 years of experience within the HRIS world as project manager/analyst/specialist in a company or consultancy firm.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors, especially Employee Central module.
Soft Skills:
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
* Problem-solving and customer care approach.
* Critical thinking.
Capabilities:
* Proficiency in Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite).
* Focus on Excel: comfortable with complex formulas like VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF-THEN-ELSE, pivot tables, etc.
* Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills applicable to large datasets.
* Fluent English (mandatory).
