CLIENT RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST OFF SITE
What you will be doing:
You will be part of a strategic project that will allow you to accelerate the development of cutting-edge skills in the HR sector.
You will learn to manage situations that will enable you to acquire important experience from an organizational point of view, preparing you to seize opportunities for growth within the Group.

Main Activities:
Within a structured team, dedicated to managing one of Gi Group's most strategic clients, you will be responsible for recruitment and personnel management in outsourcing, focusing particularly on attraction, sourcing & selection activities, collaborating with colleagues to achieve assigned goals.
Specifically, you will:
* Periodically identify personnel needs, both quantitatively and qualitatively;
* Activate recruiting channels, screen and select candidates;
* Manage initiated personnel;
* Predispose and analyze reports;
* Monitor results and manage corrective interventions.
Requirements:
You are the ideal person if you are flexible and have organizational skills, if you love testing yourself and if new challenges interest you.
It is essential that you have good knowledge of English, given the company's international dimension, and excellent use of the Office package.
Flexibility is required from Monday to Sunday, 7am-10pm.
Full-time contract (40 hours/week) is offered. Salary grade will be evaluated based on experience. Possibility of working in smart working (up to two days out of five depending on operational needs).
