Supervisor (Capo Reparto) - Arese Milano C.C. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, the Supervisor, as an experienced sales associate, provides support to the store management team by contributing to the improvement of customer service levels and maintaining company standards. Sales/Commercial Skills: Performs activities related to the opening and closing of the store: merchandise arrangement, informative briefing for the team, displaying new items in the sales area, etc. Periodically monitors profitability through KPI tracking. Participates in sales activities and ensures exemplary customer service levels. Handles customer complaints efficiently and courteously. Ensures the overall good presentation of the store in collaboration, where present, with the Visual Merchandising team: adherence to company standards, stock rotation, and product density, highlighting new products, price changes, etc. Logistics/Loss Prevention/Cash/Safety and Health: Holds the keys to the store and assumes full responsibility, managing the incoming and outgoing merchandise and personnel. Actively participates in the prevention and control of losses in the store in collaboration with the profit protection manager through zoning, delivery control, and regular and extraordinary audits/inventories. Executes the opening and closing of the cash register, ensuring daily management of the cash register in view of the monthly administrative closure of the store. Supervises cash collection, manages returns, and customer refunds. Contributes to maintaining a healthy and clean environment by occasionally cleaning common areas and the sales/storage area, ensuring safety and hygiene in the workplace. Minimum Requirements: Previous experience in structured retail environments, preferably in dynamic and multinational contexts. Good knowledge of the English language.
