CORPORATE CONTROLLER (F/M/D)
Objectives
The position supports in overseeing the company’s accounting, financial reporting, and compliance functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to local and international standards. This role contributes to the month-end close process, manages internal controls, supports audits, and plays a key part in budgeting and financial planning. Acting as a bridge between operations and finance leadership, the Corporate Controller ensures financial integrity and enables data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Main Tasks
Management of opex and capex planning processes (BDG, forecast 1, forecast 2, 3 years plan), in compliance with Group deadlines, production of related reports and variance analysis
Management of opex and capex monthly closure, in compliance with Group deadlines, ensuring checks of accounting entries (accruals and prepayments if needed), production of reports by functional area and by nature, analysis of variances. For Communication area, preparation of reports at WW level with detailed analysis by nature
Management of workflow, in collaboration with accounting team, to ensure proper accounting by cost center and account
Daily contact with accounting team located in Hard and Milano to support correct accounting
Develop tools/dashboards to monitor KPIs and share insights/recommend actions
Interaction and active support for the various departments, with ad hoc analysis and reporting
Ah hoc analysis to identify areas of improvement and savings
Identification of possible areas for improvement and savings
Actively participates in ongoing projects
Your Profile
Experience in FP&A (financial planning and analysis) or sales analysis
Four years of background in controlling or accounting, or audit firms
Demonstrates relevant business knowledge and financial awareness
Dedicated to driving the business in a profitable and sustainable way
Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business or equivalent experience
Prior experience in fashion industry
Analytical, positive and eager to grow
Able to work well with a team and/or autonomously
Advanced proficiency working with computers (Excel & Power Point must)
Fluent in English and Italian. Any other language would be considered as a plus
