A Day in the Life Join the Coronary and Renal Denervation (CRDN) team and contribute to advancing treatments for Coronary Artery Disease and Hypertension. Our therapies support both clinical and non-clinical professionals, primarily in Interventional Cardiology and Interventional Radiology, across Tertiary Centres and District General Hospitals. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous investment in R&D, we are committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that help reduce the burden of cardiovascular disease. We are looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to drive growth and market expansion for our Coronary and Renal Denervation portfolio in Italy, Greece, and Israel. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and leveraging digital marketing to strengthen our presence in these markets. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develops and executes CRDN marketing strategies and campaigns in Italy, Greece, and Israel, serving as the key link between Western Europe marketing and the local sales teams. Acts as the expert and main reference for CRDN products in the region, providing technical and clinical data for tenders, supporting sales teams in countering competitive messaging, and assisting with training for new team members. Delivers continuous training to the sales team, ensuring they have up-to-date product knowledge and competitive intelligence. Leads and coordinates product planning, launches, market development, and research activities while managing the marketing and customer education budget. Identifies unmet customer needs and new business opportunities, driving product innovation from concept to market. Supports and guides the sales team, tracking the execution of marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives. Coordinates local marketing activities, trade shows, website development, and e-commerce strategies, while monitoring campaign performance to optimize future marketing efforts. Required Knowledge and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in product management and marketing within the medical device or healthcare industry, with a track record of successful product launches and market expansion. Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on building strong relationships and engaging stakeholders. Proficiency in English and Italian, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel within Europe (up to 20%). Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, product launch experience, country project and/or program management experience, and a second European language will be a plus. An MBA or advanced degree is also a plus.
