Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to support our growing customer base in Central and Southern Europe countries, with a focus on the refrigeration market.
* Provide direct technical support for refrigeration applications to both internal and external customers.
* Closely collaborate with the Branch Sales team to promote tailored solutions and prepare detailed technical-commercial proposals.
* Manage customer requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Actively promote new products through seminars and dedicated events.
* Prepare periodic reports on technical activities and customer requests.
* Maintain clear and informative technical communication with clients, ensuring they are continually updated.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting the development and opening of new business and commercial areas.
Requirements
* Degree in a technical or engineering field, preferably in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Thermotechnics, or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
* Availability to travel abroad for 30% of the time to meet clients and attend industry events.
* Strong team-working skills and the ability to understand and solve complex technical problems.
* Experience in managing training sessions, seminars, and technical-commercial presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
* 2-3 years of significant experience in the HVAC/R sector, with a particular emphasis on refrigeration.
* Knowledge of ERP and CRM management systems.
* Previous experience in technical support or technical sales roles.
* Experience in companies with a matrix organizational structure.
