For the office in Milan, they are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities
1. Manage the activities of obtaining RTB – ready to build - status for late-stage projects (VIA and AU obtained). Ensure all necessary permissions and approvals up to ready-to-build status, in particular: VdO (Verifica di ottemperanza) and all the required Secondary Authorizations.
2. Manage co-development contracts and relationships with external developers or engineering companies to ensure timely and budget-friendly deliveries, while adhering to company guidelines and policies.
3. Manage relationships with stakeholders: Public Authorities, Landowners, Grid operators, etc.
4. Discuss and agree on technical and commercial specifics internally.
5. Monitor project delivery times and implement best practices.
6. Create and maintain project reporting.
7. Ensure a structured documentation archive.
8. Collaborate with internal functions (Legal, Controlling, Engineering, Interconnection, Construction, etc.) to successfully develop the assigned projects in accordance with group procedures and guidelines.
9. Follow the authorization procedure of the projects, relating constructively with the Authorities and the territory.
10. Support internal functions for the drafting of EPC and O&M contracts for the construction and maintenance of the plant.
11. Support the investment and M&A team on specific aspects of due diligence and acquisition documentation.
12. Ensure constant updating about regulatory and authorization frameworks at regional and national levels.
Minimum Requirements
1. Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or Architecture.
2. Previous experience in the energy sector, minimum 5 years.
3. Experience in evaluating territorial planning tools (Regional and National) and authorization legislation in the field of renewable energy.
4. Knowledge of legislation concerning connections to the national electricity grid and procedural aspects of connection process management (TICA, STMG, STMD, Sharing Agreements, etc.).
5. Well-developed intercultural and communication skills.
6. Advanced user of Microsoft Office, Google Earth, basic knowledge of PVsyst and AutoCAD.
7. Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
