We're seeking someone who is a rare “high achiever” to fill a key leadership role. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the Office team. You will manage the franchise office team to perform all accounting functions, oversee administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will serve as the in-house expert on QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and proprietary software. In addition, you will ensure all job files are properly audited and contain all required documentation.

Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage Receptionist-Dispatcher
2. Manage Job File Coordinator
3. Manage Accounting & HR Administrator
4. Coordinate and maintain company calendar and franchise communication
5. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
6. Verify and analyze financial reports
7. Verify and analyze divisional key measurements
8. Monitor compliance and risk management
9. Ensure employment files and records accuracy
10. Manage franchise compensation plan
11. Manage franchise staffing plan
12. Ensure fulfillment of the training and development plans for all divisions
13. Oversee performance management and documentation
14. Document franchise annual plan
15. Document divisional performance
16. Develop the office division annual plan
17. Document and manage the office division performance
Position Requirements
1. 5+ year(s) of office, accounting, or customer service management experience
2. Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills
3. Solid organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
4. Demonstrated history of ability and growth in managing an office environment
5. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including proper pronunciation, grammar, and a consistently courteous and professional tone of voice at all times
6. Very self-motivated and goal-oriented with ability to multi-task
7. Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks
9. Ability to learn new software and proprietary software
10. Proficient with Xactimate estimating software
11. Experience in customer service industry environment a plus
12. College degree desirable
13. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Hours
40 hours/week, flexible to work overtime when required. Vary between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., as business demands.
Payrate
Competitive salary based on experience.
