Waddi Srl, a company specializing in recruitment and personnel selection, is seeking an IT System Analyst for a partner Company of a Leading Group in the cruise industry.
Who is our client?
Our client manages the entire supply chain for a fleet of over 30 ships. Based in the Ligurian capital, the company oversees the logistics chain for all consumables used onboard. To ensure efficiency and optimize legacy systems, the company has renewed its IT infrastructure, gathering business requirements and designing new solutions.
The Role and Context
The IT Team serves as the cornerstone for designing and developing optimized, high-performing, and innovative solutions that underpin the company's legacy systems. You will be part of a young team specializing in the integration of complex architectures. This role combines technical expertise, creativity, and precision.
As an IT System Analyst, your objective will be to integrate complex systems and contribute to an ambitious EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) project.
Main Responsibilities Analyze and gather business requirements for Procurement and Logistics Systems. Support the planning, management, and implementation of IT systems. Assist in defining solution architectures aligned with business needs. Maintain the testing environment of Pro-sales systems and reporting platforms efficiently. Support the business in updating, testing, and evaluating product evolutions integrated into the systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for a brilliant, IT-passionate professional determined to drive challenging business projects. To succeed in this role, the following qualifications are essential:
Requirements: 3 to 8 years of experience in a similar role; EU passport.
Hard Skills Databases: knowledge of Oracle DB and SQL language. System Architecture: expertise in designing system architectures. EDI Integration: experience in integrating Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. CrunchTime: familiarity with the platform is preferred. Help Desk: experience managing first and second-level issues.
Soft Skills Listening Skills: ability to interpret complex business information. Problem Solving: effective analysis and resolution of issues. Priority Management: ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines promptly. Flexibility: versatility and adaptability in dynamic environments. Teamwork and Collaboration: proven ability to work well in team settings.
Other Requirements
Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Availability to travel.
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the cruise industry and related software.
