GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) is seeking a dynamic and motivated Brand Manager to join our Adult Immunization team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing marketing strategies for our adult immunization products. You will work closely with the sales teams, medical affairs, and the entire cross-functional team to ensure the success of our immunization programs.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for adult immunization products, particularly focusing on our vaccines.
2. Monitor and analyze market and product performance, identifying growth opportunities.
3. Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.
4. Coordinate communication campaigns and promotional materials in line with regulatory requirements.
5. Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
6. Work in a matrix environment and collaborate closely with enabling and support functions to ensure understanding and implementation of the launch plan and achievement of results.
7. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and ensure visibility of the competitive landscape.
8. Collaborate closely with Global teams to ensure flawless co-creation of strategy and communication assets.
9. Identify and monitor metrics to evaluate performance and execution of critical activities. If necessary, quickly identify issues and collaborate to develop corrective plans.
Basic Qualifications & Skills:
1. Degree in biotechnology, pharmaceutical sciences, economics, or related disciplines.
2. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, in the vaccine sector.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
4. Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
5. Proven experience in managing complex projects and collaborating with multifunctional teams.
6. Ability to work independently and proactively, develop credibility among colleagues inside and outside the team, and influence decisions.
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance guidelines in the pharmaceutical sector.
8. Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills; strong learning agility, adaptability, and stress management in handling multiple activities simultaneously.
9. Willingness to travel.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Specific experience in adult vaccination.
2. Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration (MBA), or related disciplines.
3. International experience or in global corporate environments.
4. Familiarity with digital marketing techniques and data analysis tools, and in managing budgets.
5. Ability to innovate and propose new ideas to improve marketing strategies.
