Project Manager for Security and BMS Projects
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverable quality.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients.
* Assess contract changes and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.
Project Management Skills:
* Take full responsibility for successful project delivery.
* Define and manage project plans aligned with customer needs.
* Collaborate with customer project teams to coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts.
Technical Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Security or BMS projects.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other IT tools and applications.
* Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) and communication protocols used in BMS.
Language Skills:
* Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
Adaptability:
* Ability to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.
