Job description
1. To act as the 1st entry point for all key customers’ requests / activities / queries to division related to products belonging to SiC BU and vice versa (division questions / requests to key customers).
2. To define product strategy with Division Manager
3. To define product pricing and contract with a key customer
4. To review the production plan targeting the maximization of demand satisfaction for the managed customer.
5. To be the reference inside the Product Unit for the marketing activities: quotation, pricing, contract, product portfolio definition
6. To discuss about allocation and strategic plan by product defining cost, price, with a particular focus on Standard margin ang Gross Margin
Profile
The SiC power transistors market scenario is highly demanding for products considered as a breakthrough innovation versus the previous silicon ones. Current leader position needs to be kept and reinforced by providing a special service to the customers working hardly to keep the market share and to increase it. The profitability of products is mainly linked to productive chain effectiveness and to the reduction of manufacturing costs (materials, process and plants). The Key Automotive Project manager, having a global vision, a strong interpersonal skill and relationship abilities, drives internal and external resources to the common target to provide an outstanding service to customers and to facilitate the cooperation between all divisions and out of division functions with the main target to achieve the customers’ satisfaction and support the main BU programs with the challenging target to reach 1B$ revenue in 2024.
