**Field Service Engineer (FSE) Role in EMEA Region**

This role involves working on large data center projects in the field with our UPS portfolio within the EMEA region. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service for Eaton installed base products to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
* Overseeing Data centre commissioning across EMEA on behalf of Eaton Field Service
* Providing high-level technical expertise in all Hyperscale commissioning activities
* Supporting and training Local FSE's
* Managing key account technical escalations, including site visits, to engineers and customers alike
* Working closely with Project Managers to advise on commissioning considerations and assist with engineer selection
* Maintaining direct links with business units (HPO) and serving as a focal point for all technical exchange regarding commissioning procedures and testing
Qualifications for this role include:
* Installer electrical background with suitable education/qualifications
* Proven years of UPS experience
* Proven years of experience in the field focusing on Data Centers
* Three-phase electrical installation and commissioning experience essential
* Working knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, SNMP, OPC, DDE, TCP/IP an advantage
* Programming of PLC control systems (Power Control, Generator Control, SCADA, or process control) an advantage
* Good understanding of switch panels and power distribution
* Excellent communication skills
