It designs and builds robust, reliable and versatile vehicles, including heavy-duty vehicles for heavy off-road applications with a Total Ground Mass of more than 60 tonnes.ASTRA Trucks extends competence and technology services to most advanced solution in the field of innovation to bring into legacy platforms and new concept vehicles disruptive capabilities related to teleoperation and autonomous driving.SOFTWARE ENGINEER FOR SYSTEM INTEGRATIONWhat we expect from youAnalysis of control system architectures and requirements for automotive systems and components;Creating and compiling technical documents including state diagrams and functional specifications;Defining the Requirements control logics;Analysis and conversion of Requirements into software requirements specification (SRS);Documenting code while developing;Developing test and validation procedures;Debugging software code;Verifying software adequacy to applicable company standards.ExpertiseTechnical Skills:Experience in Mechatronic/Automotive Engineering;At least 2-5 years of experience in software development (Model Based preferred);Good knowledge of the main programming languages (C++, Simulink, Python) for embedded systems;The followings will be considered as a plus:knowledge/experience in the design/concept of Hybrid Vehicles Powertrain systems/ Components and controls;Knowledge of IBM DOORS;Knowledge of automotive;At least C1 English level;Soft Skills:Attitude to teamworking in cross-functionals and international teams;High orientation to the pursuit of results (target oriented);High capability to work on several issues for discontinuity and proactive approach to continuous improvement.Problem solvingAvailability to travelComplete the profile outstanding qualities of autonomy, decision making, flexibility and relationship, as well as transparency, information sharing and planning.
