Your Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers – Assist in answering inquiries via email and phone, ensuring a professional and friendly interaction. Order Support – Help process, track, and follow up on customer orders. Issue Resolution – Work closely with the team to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. Customer Relationship Management – Support customer accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
