Job Title: O&M Manuals & Training Manager The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in project management or leading a technical documentation team. Main Responsibilities: Manage a team of experienced technical writers to produce customers' operation and maintenance documentation. Ensure on-time provision of O&M deliverables and milestones according to the project schedule. Prepare and deliver Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Illustrated Parts Catalog, and Training Program Plan. Review and implement customer feedback. Identify opportunities for process improvement and coordinate implementation.
