Role Overview
The IT Support Specialist will play a crucial role in assisting teams with technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide first-level technical support to colleagues worldwide via company systems.
* Support new hires by setting up their accounts, devices, software, and necessary accesses.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
* Collaborate with the IT team to manage and maintain company systems.
* Install and configure hardware and software for employees.
Requirements
* Previous experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, preferably in a global company.
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Linux, and common productivity software.
* Experience supporting both Apple and non-Apple devices.
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly.
* Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
