For the Advertising Marketing area, which is part of the Business Unit Advertising, responsible for developing communication solutions for our insertors' publications, exploiting the potential of our properties: magazines, web, social and events, we are looking for an Event Manager to be inserted within the dedicated team. Specifically, the resource will be responsible for the following activities:

Organizing and managing events of various sizes and types, from planning to implementation, ensuring that everything is planned efficiently; Budget management for events; Management of the Gantt chart, optimizing flows and respecting deadlines Activation and management of suppliers: agencies, decorators and collaborators; Site inspections at hosting structures and on-site supervision/coordinating presence during events; Creation of promotional materials and relationship with external agencies and internal graphics offices; Administrative activity management of the reverse cycle (orders and purchase requests); Contractualist related to events; Realization of presentations and reportage.
Richieste del candidato
* At least 5 years of experience in the field of event management and planning of medium-sized and large events;
* Experience preferably acquired within event agencies or companies belonging to the media sector;
* Able to manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders;
* Knowledge of all marketing and communication tools;
* Project management skills;
* Good knowledge of the English language;
* Good organizational skills, flexibility, initiative spirit and ability to work in a team.
