Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a brilliant and enterprising End User Territory Sales Representative (CENTER/SOUTH ITALY) to join Diadora Utility.
The ideal candidate will be in charge of the following activities:
FINANCIALS/STRATEGY
* Responsible of sales results and other KPIs established in the budget in relations to the territory of competence.
* Act as a point of contact for existing and potential end users within assigned territory
* Identify local business opportunities and challenges accordingly with the End User Sales Manager
* Report on territory sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually)
MARKET/CUSTOMERS
* Present our products and services (trainings to the end users and education to the channel) to prospective customers
* Identify vertical market needs and recommend product and services solutions
* Work closely with sales agent and other internal teams to meet individual and group sales goals
* Work closely with distribution sales agent to boost the sales at the end user level
* Cross-sell products, when appropriate Information and check regarding Communication and Price Points Architecture of Competitors and our Brand in the Market and in the Account Portfolio.
COOPERATION WITH OTHER DEPTS
* According to the sales trend and/or special sales, support merchandising and demand dept. refreshing, on monthly basis, the forecast
* Collaborate with sales representatives from different areas (national and international) to share best practices and support a consistent sales approach
* Work with Merchandising, product and Sales dept. for special products developments and SMU.
CRM
- Work on SalesForce.com to identify leads and convert in accounts, explore opportunities to convert and execute in additional sales.
Key requirements:
* Proven experience working as a territory sales rep +3 Years
* Familiarity with our industry (Safety PPE, Industrial products)
* Experience with CRM software (SFDC)
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint ... )
* Italian mother tongue; Good in English
* Spend time on the field (min. 70%)
* Based in Lazio, Toscana or other central regions
