Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Application Support Specialist- CE IT role based in Tribiano, with the ability to work remotely up to 2 days a week. The IT Application Support Specialist for the Continental Europe IT department at Asendia will support the CIO and the European subsidiaries in knowing IT applications and support business users to maximize the benefit of usage. You will work with stakeholders to support them on application usage. Identify and promote best practices and workarounds to business users to maximize the benefits on using applications. Evaluate and assess potential issues, addressing them to Development teams or to other support team members. Be the “Master” user of the application and referral point for any new processes to be used within the applications. Contribute to document applications. Your profile You are a motivated person with strong analytical and solution-oriented skills. Degree in Computer Science or STEM. Interest in self-learning and mastering business applications in logistics, e-commerce, and shipments industries. Analytical skills and ability to break down complex problems and activities. Experience in working on projects or in international teams with multiple stakeholders. You are fluent in English and at least one of these languages: Italian, German, Spanish, Dutch. Interest in gaining process and software knowledge linked to logistics and e-commerce industries. Preferred user knowledge of Confluence and Jira tools.
