What will you do in the role?
Reporting to the Resort Team Leader, you will Work as One Team with internal & external stakeholders to deliver VIP industry leading Customer Service to our all-important customers.
You will be provided with fantastic training to ensure you:
-Create Memories for our customers in resort, ensuring we are on hand at their accommodation and resolve any issues they experience during their holiday
-Utilise a Sales through Service approach by recommending local experiences and attractions to match our customers needs
-Take Responsibility by supporting with any disruption, serious emergencies in resort & customer escalations.
-Be the face of Jet2holidays during scheduled hotel visits and virtually, via video call, for any urgent queries
-Be Present by maximising branding opportunities within our hotels and resorts
-Work as One Team supporting our Airport operation on busy flight days working in arrivals & departures
