SALES APPLICATION ENT SPECIALIST
The Medical sector group is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead their Italian head-neck division.
Key Responsibilities:
* Market analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of the area and customers, identifying current and potential needs.
* Client relationships: Develop strong relationships with both public and private clients, understanding their requirements and proposing tailored technical solutions.
* Purchase negotiations: Effectively manage purchase negotiations to secure favorable terms.
* Sales force coordination: Coordinate and support the sales team on a national scale, assigning objectives and defining incentives.
* Customer portfolio development: Investigate and propose new solutions and products to drive business growth.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in the head and neck surgery sector.
* Excellent technical knowledge of the sector.
* Strong technical-commercial aptitude.
* Proven organizational and sales management skills.
* Ability to travel nationally.
Work Environment:
Bergamo.
Salary: Starting from 80,000 Euros per annum.
