Experience Required: More than 2 years as IT Support.
Skillset required:
1. 2-4 years of experience in Onsite support
2. Knowledge and experience on Windows 7 OS
3. Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution
4. Manage IMAC and desk side support services
5. Manage hard and soft break fix services for laptops and desktops
6. Provide standard and approved hardware and software support and maintenance on Desktop Devices for their entire lifecycle
7. Support, Manage, Optimize and Maintain the configuration and installation of the Desktop
8. Experience with Service management tool – ex – ServiceNow
9. Good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook
10. Good understanding of Lync, VPN, and mobile device support
11. Analyze Service Desk calls for Desktop Devices and incident data to identify potential user training requirements
12. Ensure that each Desktop Device is installed with the appropriate Desktop image
13. Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices
14. Provide VIP support for Desk side issues per contract
15. Awareness of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities
16. Good to have – knowledge in AD and smart hands and feet support
17. Good to have – knowledge and experience of supporting MAC devices and tablets
