You'll serve as a HOUSING MANAGER SPECIALIST in the NAS Sigonella Housing Dept of NAS SIGONELLA.
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience may include:
* Led or supervised programs including policies and procedures related to Unaccompanied Housing.
* Applying property management and maintenance requirements for housing facilities.
* Developing budget plans, determining requirements, and managing resources for operations, personnel, and maintenance functions.
* Developing and implementing an overall activity plan, which includes procedures for assignment, eligibility, and related activities.
* Developing and overseeing an effective resident relations program.
* Supervising MILPER and civilian staff, assigning tasks, setting performance standards, and evaluating performance.
* Promoting effective working relationships with UH staff, Housing Director, chain of command, Region, and other installation organizations.
