Main Tasks:
* CV screening
* Phone screening and interviews scheduling
* Job posting on usual recruiting channels (university portals, LinkedIn)
* Reporting
* HR interviews
* Attendance to career fairs and university events
Education and Experience:
* Master's Degree in Humanities (Languages, Literature, Philosophy, History) or Psychology
* Up to 2 years of experience in Recruiting team of middle/big organization or employment agency
* Very good command of English (at least B2) and preferably non-EU language (Arabic or Turkish considered a plus)
* Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft Skills:
* Empathy and ability to connect with others
* Communication and public speaking skills
* Teamworking attitude
* Willigness to work in multicultural context
* Ability to recognize priorities and meet deadlines
