Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to oversee technology-focused projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
* Lead project teams, coordinate resources, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
* Monitor and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth go-live.
* Oversee different project phases to guarantee that the system meets performance and functional requirements.
* Provide clear documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Management, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience managing international and complex IT projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Prior experience with Salesforce implementation projects is highly valued.
