Our manufacturing plant in Palazzo Pignano specializes in producing bloodlines, operating around the clock with a dedicated workforce of more than 550 employees. Within this dynamic setting, our Validation Expert, part of the Industrial Engineering department, plays a pivotal role, being responsible for Plant Validation, elaboration of plans, management, and performing of validation activities concerning processes, facilities, equipment, and computerized systems.
Tasks
1. Preparation of validation plans, protocols, reports, and procedures of critical processes and equipment;
2. Managing validation projects;
3. Execution in cooperation with involved departments of equipment and process validation;
4. Filling in validation protocols;
5. Collecting information from involved departments to prepare validation documents;
6. Review and integration in company system protocols and reports from suppliers;
7. Preparation of plans, protocols, reports, and procedures of computer system validation;
8. Supporting the QA in preparation and updating the Validation Master Plan;
9. Supporting involved departments in risk analysis of manufacturing processes;
10. Performing statistical data analysis.
Requirements
1. Scientific university degree, preferably engineering.
2. 3 years in process validation in the biomedical or pharmaceutical industry.
3. Knowledge of Biomedical standards, ISO standards, and FDA standards (nice to have).
4. B2 level of English.
