You will join as an intern the HR team and will mainly support Talent Acquisition & Development activities. In particular, you will contribute to the recruiting process (job posting, screening, organization of interviews), as well as to the development of talent through actions ranging from the definition of training plans to the management of training activities dedicated to all Group resources. Furthermore, you may be involved in Total Reward activities ( Performance Management) and Employer Branding. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in a young and dynamic environment, dealing with different organizational and business contexts.
