Scope of Work:
Being responsible for (1) managing Search/Display/video/Social Media campaigns across a number of assigned accounts, (2) optimizing campaigns on a daily basis, in accordance with the digital marketing strategies and technical changes of the digital landscape, and (3) analyzing insight from in-house and third-party analytics data, in order to implement innovative management techniques to maximize campaign performance across each assigned account.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree
2+ Experience in performance marketing ( mandatory )
Familiar in setting and optimizing ads, preferably in a digital agency environment
Specialist in various online advertising channels such as SEA, GDN, Meta, DV360 and similar
Experience in tracking adv campaigns through main Ad Servers
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
Experienced in managing client budgets
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability
Customer-service orientation
Strong analytical skills
Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and other major third-party analytical platforms
Good knowledge of written and spoken English
Responsibility:
To acquire in-depth knowledge of marketing channels, including Paid Search, Meta, GDN, Programmatic
To develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives of each campaign/project
To set up and monitor campaigns across various platforms, in line with the corporate/campaign goals and objectives
To manage budgets in line with the target KPIs and strategies
To measure the effectiveness of the campaigns across your assigned accounts by using a variety of in-house, proprietorial, and third party tools to compile and draw insight from both company-specific, sector-specific and generic industry data, in order to better understand campaign performance, market trends, and consumer behavior
To carry out daily optimization for a number of assigned on-going accounts
To produce regular reports containing informative descriptions of campaign activity, suitable advice and recommendations with a clear summary of performance against the KPIs
To present biddable plans and reports to clients
To work closely with various departments to ensure that each campaign is kept up-to-speed with progress and results
To freely share knowledge, insight, best practice, tactics and ideas to the team and ensure your knowledge of the digital marketing industry is kept up-to-date and relevant by networking/researching/reading blogs and news sources
