Your tasks: You are responsible for establishing a uniform standard for project portfolio management for all national and international CCM programs/projects. You will develop and implement standardized project management tools and methods. You will manage, coordinate, and prioritize international projects and ensure efficient capacity planning. You will act as an interface to project/program boards and report regularly to CCM management/C-level. Your contribution: With your overview of national and cross-country projects and initiatives, including cost-benefit, you ensure our strategic approach to project portfolio planning.
