This role is crucial in managing transports of raw materials and finished products, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality of shipping coordination while optimizing costs and timelines. As the first point of contact in the office, the ideal candidate will manage external personnel registration and phone communications with professionalism. Your key responsibilities: Organize transports of goods from and to the site. Manage goods receipt and transport documentation. Coordinate transports on site, ensuring respect of safety rules. Use of digital tools, PC, SAP. Front desk, phone calls, external personnel registration. Teamwork and collaboration. You bring: Italian fluent/mother tongue and intermediate level of proficiency in English.
