The role
We are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Transformation B2B team. In this role, your mission will be to lead the micro-design and successful implementation of learning and innovation programs for our clients, ensuring high-quality delivery, managing client relationships, and continuously improving program efficiency and effectiveness.
Main responsibilities
* Lead project implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with Talent Garden standards.
* Contribute to the micro-design and planning of training sessions, ensuring the content is tailored to client needs and enhances participant engagement.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring trust and clear communication throughout the program lifecycle.
* Plan and schedule program deliveries, coordinating faculty and client agendas.
* Manage and control program execution, ensuring that all program goals and expectations are met.
* Ensure smooth communication with all project stakeholders, including participants, business leaders, and external suppliers.
* Develop and track reports to monitor project progress, including performance metrics, project economics, and client feedback.
* Manage project budgets, ensuring they stay within the agreed limits and providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
* Continuously improve operational procedures related to program delivery.
* Align project stakeholders on progress and ensure that the learning experience meets client expectations.
About you
Ideally, you are an experienced Senior Project Manager with at least 5 years of experience in the learning or corporate training environment. On top of this:
* You have experience in Learning/Edu/Innovation environments and are familiar with the micro-design and planning of training sessions.
* You excel at managing client relations, proactively solving issues, and providing effective solutions.
* You have experience in budget management for projects and are skilled at reporting on progress and financials.
* You demonstrate resilience and self-control during periods of intense workload, embracing challenges.
* You ignite passion for innovation, startups, digital transformation, and relevant talent strategies.
* You embody flexibility and collaboration as a team player, committed to achieving joint results while enjoying the process.
* You effortlessly communicate in both oral and written Italian and English.
* You are based in Milan or Rome.
