Key Responsibilities:
* Seller Support & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace sellers, ensuring their satisfaction and success through prompt and kind assistance.
* Marketplace Operations & Technical Assistance: Support sellers with product details management, updates, and corrections on the platform, leveraging webmaster skills to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
* Marketing Collaboration & Promotions: Collaborate with sellers to develop effective digital promotions, liaise with the marketing team to execute campaigns, and provide insights to optimize future campaigns.
* Reporting & Insights: Prepare and deliver regular reports to sellers on their performance, providing actionable insights to enhance their sales strategies.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role within a marketplace environment.
* Strong technical skills, including web management, product listing updates, and troubleshooting.
* Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including online promotions and performance tracking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
* Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
* Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
