Mission:
Main areas of activity for this role are:
TCM Group Reporting and financial analysis
Interface with foreign branches
Monitoring Actual and forecast acquisitions
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
Production of official documentation in the interest of the Control Head of Department
Conducts detailed variance Analysis related to TCM Group P&L, Balance Sheet and Backlog interacting mainly with AFC Department, Commercial Department/Project teams as necessary
Support TCM SpA foreign Branches in Control and Managerial activities
Monitoring the acquisitions and forecasting the future projects and their impacts within the budget and strategic planning processes, in close collaboration with the Commercial Department and Subsidiaries
Support the preparation of the periodic financial report by collaborating with project teams (Project Manager/ Project Control)
Support TCM Branches in the maintenance and update of IT System (SAP S4/Hana) for managerial purposes
Personal Skills:
Knowledge of Office package (especially Excel and Power Point) is a must;
Knowledge of Microsoft Copilot AI Tool is a plus;
University Degree in Business Management / Economics
A knowledge of IFRS accounting principles is preferable;
Good skills in working by deadlines and in scheduling activities;
Fluent English;
