The position requires knowledge of SPS and UFR subsea deepwater systems. Under the responsibility of the SPS PACKAGE MANAGER, the Job Holder is responsible for: Managing the aspects related to manufacturing and testing of SPS equipment and tooling. This shall include all contractual, logistics, planning, quality, HSE, and technical elements of the contracted work. Work by anticipation. To assess and identify risks for the activities and manage associated mitigation actions at his/her level. Keep all parties (as required) informed regarding ongoing activities status. To advise the SPS PACKAGE MANAGER on HSE and Quality related actions/decisions. Reporting & Communication: Report regularly his progress to his direct management. Issue progress reports and study reports. Ensure confidentiality of all the documentation produced. HSE: Promote safety culture within the project and his/her activities. Lead by exemplarity to have the team members and colleagues adhering and contributing. To adopt & demonstrate exemplary behavior with regard to HSE rules and requirements. Ensure that safe and ethical working practices are carried out within the activities that he/she is managing or interfacing with. To guarantee compliance in his activities. Ensure compliance and application of the TotalEnergies E&P 12 Golden Rules. Promote observation reporting system and evaluate the HSE practices and skills of the workshop personnel. (Readily report anomalies and malpractices as well as positive observations on site). Supervise the day-to-day activities and witness the contractor’s/subcontractors’ activities. Ensure that Personnel, Equipment, and Material are fit for purpose (i.e.: Training, medical, certification are up to date, etc). Quality: Ensure compliance of the activities with TotalEnergies E&P and Project specifications, safety, and environmental procedures. Monitor, instruct, correct and report the working practices of the contractor’s/subcontractors’ as necessary. Ensure strict compliance with COMPANY approved IP (ITP) and procedures. Ensure that CTR performs periodic preservation checks of stored equipment in line with the equipment OMM. Advise contractor on improvement, return on experience, and all issues regarding the work site. Ensure all relevant equipment RCA and NCR are raised accordingly and follow up on the closeout actions. Capture and prepare REX (Return of Experience) and Lesson Learnt dossiers/presentations. Report any equipment failure or damage. Fabrication: Participate in relevant meetings related to project reporting & progress, fabrication, operation, and any others as needed. Ensure all relevant tools and equipment are maintained, calibrated, and certified as required. Ensure the Tests, Inspections, and MRBs are performed in accordance with the planning and released in due time. Participate in equipment failure investigations and Contractor’s RCA. Ensure all activities are properly prepared and documented. Manage the workshop to ensure activities and priorities are allocated in accordance with the project planning requirements. Produce regular internal manufacturing reports with schedules for all deliverables. Logistics: Ensure the SPS contractor equipment inventory is updated in line with the project requirements. Control all project-related activities as well as supervise any third party contracted by Company or Contractor. Requirements Minimum of 10 years in the Oil & Gas Project in SPS manufacturing related matters. Mechanical, Civil, Petroleum engineering graduate or equivalent. Previous experience of auditing in a similar environment. Minimum of 5 years experience in a QA/QC position. Problem-solving mindset and solution-driven attitude.
