Posizione:
We are searching for a Global Marketing Director to join our company. The resource will have the following responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
2. Brand Management:
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Collaborate with product development teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches and product life cycle management.
3. Campaign Development:
Create and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, traditional media, and events. Define clear KPIs and monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on analytics and feedback.
4. Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creative thinking and innovation. Lead brand marketing manager team as well as marketing shared services.
5. Budget Management:
Develop and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources. Measure ROI on marketing activities and report on performance metrics to stakeholders.
6. Partnership Development:
Build and maintain relationships with key partners, influencers, and media outlets. Explore sponsorship and collaboration opportunities that enhance brand visibility.
7. Consumer Insights:
Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior and preferences. Utilize insights to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Requisiti:
The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:
1. Bachelor- or Master degree in business relevant field, preferably MBA from recognized institution;
2. 5 - 7 years of Marketing experience in a global, or European context for durable lifestyle consumer goods, ideally sporting goods;
3. Digital brand building: experience and track record in activating innovative digital consumer marketing channel;
4. Has led teams directly as well as indirectly (via dotted line) in complex organizations;
5. International Experience with a touch of Italianism: a global citizen with multi-country experience, ideally across global regions who understands different cultures and consumer behaviours with some exposure to Italian working culture;
6. English and Italian (both fluent), preferably third European language;
7. MS office, SAP, Salesforce;
8. Influential leadership to create commitment among peers and teams, and drive the Group to the ‘next step’;
9. Digital commerce and marketing mechanics; ideally grew up as digital marketing native;
10. Negotiation Skills with B2B partners;
11. Effective communication and influencing in a multi-stakeholder, international matrix environment; Strategic, fact-based mindset coupled with hands-on, sleeves-up mentality;
