Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner
We are seeking an experienced Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner to join our team at Amazon, working in one of our highly automated and fast-paced Sort Centers.
Purpose of the Job:
The Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning, and machine history data. They will serve as the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and extract information from it to support the decision-making of the site engineering manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be the site-level Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the CMMS software, training the local engineering team in its use and escalating issues as required to the EU team.
* Evaluate and ensure the system is run in line with EU standards, participating in EU-led projects and improvement programs to roll out new functionality, procedures, scheduling, or reports.
* Record and manage site-level equipment, spare parts, and minimum holding levels accurately within the system to guarantee technicians have access to necessary parts.
* Ensure the system forecasts and assigns all required preventative maintenance to technicians within the team, providing a high level of equipment availability to internal customers.
* Compile equipment information, performance metrics, and machine histories, making recommendations for improvements based on findings.
* Manage spare parts stock levels, place orders as required, and collaborate with procurement and the wider EU network to identify savings or efficiencies.
