The Role
As a Brand Protection Client Manager, you'll have a significant impact on the online presence of the clients you work with.
You'll collaborate with various brand owners to create a safe online environment where intellectual property is protected, creativity is rewarded, and consumers are safeguarded from illegal and dangerous products.

Main Responsibilities
* Oversee client accounts, building strong relationships to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Craft and maintain monthly reports that showcase your expertise.
* Develop and train analysts to meet client expectations.
* Collaborate with international team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Pursue intellectual property infringements, including counterfeits, copyrights, trademarks, and design infringement.
* Bridge gaps between platforms, hosts, registrars, and other third parties to streamline takedown requests.
* Pioneer innovative solutions to protect client interests.
* Conduct in-depth investigations, identifying key offenders and driving results.
Key Qualifications
* Demonstrated English language proficiency (written and verbal) for effective communication.
* Customer-facing support experience with a focus on performance management and personnel development.
* Proven track record of delivering business outcomes and targets on time and to quality standards.
* Familiarity with internet technologies and networks.
* Strong capabilities in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
* Able to conduct research, deliver reports, and present findings to a high standard.
* Motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing priorities.
* A collaborative approach with a willingness to compromise and find solutions.
* Ideal candidates possess a Law (LLB), Information Technology, or equivalent Bachelor's degree, with experience in brand or content protection an added advantage.
