Ca' Pesci: Head of Fish Department
Our company, Gi Group SpA, is a labor operator authorized by the Ministry of Labor (Min. Authorization 26/11/2004 PROT. 1101 - SG), seeking a head of fish department for a major multinational food and drug retail chain.
Job Description:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire fish department at our Bolzano store. They will ensure efficient operations, handle orders, monitor inventory levels, and maintain a smooth supply chain.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the daily activities of the fish department;
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries;
* Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed;
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace;
* Provide excellent customer service;
* Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue;
* Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
* Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals;
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions;
* Familiarity with the products sold in the fish department;
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays;
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask;
