In this role, you’ll oversee all paid search campaigns while helping to grow a team, and driving results for multiple client accounts. You’ll report directly to the COO and CEO, supporting healthcare clients with impactful Google Ads campaigns, analytics, and strategic insights. To be successful in this role, you must have 5 years of Google Ads experience, a strong agency background managing multiple client accounts, and advanced tracking knowledge. Responsibilities Manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring alignment with budgets and goals Build and develop the digital marketing service team and mentor staff Mentor and guide internal digital marketing service team members Support Account Managers with recommendations and reporting Lead PPC strategy and execution for Google Ads campaigns Analyze and optimize campaigns while providing insights to clients and team Provide insights and recommendations on landing pages and campaign performance Act as a strategic resource on client calls and internal team meetings Train the team on best practices in paid search and advanced tracking Oversee advanced tracking strategies like enhanced and offline conversions Leverage value-based bidding and 1st party data reporting for optimization Communicate service capabilities clearly and coordinate with teams Stay up to date on platform changes, industry trends, and best practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required 5 years of managing multiple Google Ads campaigns experience required 2 years of team leadership or mentoring experience required 2 years of Agency experience managing multiple clients required Advanced tracking (Enhanced & Offline Conversions, 1st Party Data, etc.) experience required Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing required J-18808-Ljbffr
