Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate :
1. Will be responsible for coordinating the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal
2. Will be involved in managing client relationships and collaborating with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals
3. Will closely collaborate with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders.#.
Experience and Requirements
4. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of Proposal Manager, preferably in projects related Public Infrastructure works, at both national (good knowledge of Italian procurement codes) and international levels, will be considered as a relevant plus
5. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Infrastructure Civil Work sector, preferably with background on Civil Design and/or Hydraulic the challenges and opportunities present in this context.
6. Management Skills: Proven skills in managing proposals and bids, including overseeing multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
7. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Italian, English, and preferably French), with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation.
