Don’t miss the chance to shape your FutureInSight with us Your role We are looking for a data-driven Media & Performance Marketing Manager who will lead online digital activities across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta, Display, Video on Demand, mobile DTS, etc.). This role is crucial for driving our online presence, engaging our target audiences across all stages of the funnel. The candidate will be responsible for multiple brands across EMEA. Main responsibilities: Management of online media and performance activities across multiple channels (Social, Display, Paid Search, Video, Mobile DTS, etc.) in adherence with media and performance KPIs target. Leadership and coordination of supervisors and specialists in the daily channel operations to ensure support to other key stakeholders of the business and brands. Maintain relationships across internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, eCommerce, Content, and Analytics to ensure the strategic guidelines are set and the KPIs are met. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to set a multichannel strategy and follow up with action points. Align with the Senior Manager and Head of Performance about the status of existing projects and main KPIs. Main requirements: Educational Background in Data Management, Media, Statistics or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in driving media and performance campaigns in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and parallel thinking. Solid experience with Google Ads, Business Manager, DV360, Campaign Manager, Adobe Analytics. Solid experience in Digital Marketing and E-commerce. Fluent in English.
