Offer Description
The post is for a six-year period. The annual gross salary is about 50,000 Euros. The area of research and teaching is Economics Law:
1. Required research duties: The researcher will carry out research within the thematic areas of GIUR-03/A (economic law), focusing on the organizational requirements of financial and insurance intermediaries and their relationship with the protection of users of financial products, as well as the legal regulation of technological innovation applied to the financial and insurance sector. The activity will be carried out in accordance with the scientific lines of research defined by the Department.
2. Required teaching duties: In accordance with the annual teaching programme, the teaching activity shall concern the development of courses in the subject area covered by the call for applications within the three-year degree programmes, single-cycle Master's degree programmes, and doctoral programmes offered at the Faculty of Law, as well as in postgraduate training programmes. It may also include lecturing in English on topics related to the research activity carried out, as well as frontal or equivalent teaching activities, to the extent defined by University regulations.
Foreign language required: excellent level of English;
Knowledge of Italian: level adequate to carry out the assigned teaching load (the researcher is required to teach in Italian);
Maximum number of publications to be presented: 12;
