Key Activities & Responsibilities
· Manage and assist employee upon his HR queries during his service life in the company;
· Support during the interviews with candidates;
· Negotiate salary conditions and employment contract drafts with candidates;
· Maintain up-to-date information in the recruiting database
· Support to the Planning Department on filling the open PIR position in accordance with the Projects and Technical Departments;
· Ensure correct mobility guideline implementation;
· Ensure group policies and programs compliance at country level;
· Assist employee throughout his/her secondment process and be the focal point for any HR queries during his/her service life in the Project assigned;
· Initiate all necessary immigration documentation which meets both company and country requirements;
· Coordinating the Logistic assistants during visa application for Expat assignments;
· Data entry in company’s Web based tools;
· Work with Payroll Department to resolve timesheet and expense report issues.
Personal Attributes:
· Relevant work experience: 3 years experience in the position, preferably in a multi-national environment in staff position;
· Fluent English speaker;
· Availability to travel;
· Knowledge of Employment and Labor country laws;
· Excellent communication and management skills, possess of a high level of organizational ability;
· Develop troubleshooting, problem solving, and creative/innovative thought processing skills;
· Strong administrative skills and familiarity with office formats and procedures, including the most common tools and programs;
· Ability to work and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment;
· Good team work attitude;
· Education Level: Master’s degree in human resources field or relevant. Any post graduated courses in Human Resources Management or similar will be considered a plus.
