MAASI Enterprises is seeking a Junior Systems Administrator to manage user accounts and permissions for computerized automation systems (ITOT) in a pharmaceutical setting.
The successful candidate will oversee system operations, manage and conduct regular reviews of the user base, and ensure optimal system efficiency through proactive monitoring.

Main responsibilities:
What you will do:
* Provide first-line technical support for ITOT systems.
* Collaborate with specialist technicians from third-party companies during maintenance and upgrade activities.
* Contribute to resolving issues related to data quality, system configuration, and access to regulated production resources.
* Perform routine software maintenance for automated systems in pharmaceutical production environments (GxP):
* Administer user accounts for business applications and automation systems.
* Conduct periodic account audits and generate access status reports.
* Manage accounts for machines and equipment not integrated into centralized systems.
* Regularly verify backups for non-centralized machines and equipment.
* Manually execute backups for offline machines and equipment.
* Perform privileged actions not available to standard process users.
* Verify consistency and synchronize time settings for offline systems.
* Support the updating of service and technical documentation.
* Work responsibly and safely, adhering to client quality guidelines and manuals, both ITOT-specific and general.
* Accurately track activities within the designated ticketing system.
* Document adverse events and failures in line with client operating procedures.
* Actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
Essential requirements:
Must-have skills:
* Strong passion and curiosity for the IT sector.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency with collaboration platforms (MS Teams, MS Outlook, Google Mail) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Docs).
* Basic understanding of operating systems and distributed directory environments.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and projects, collaborating effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
* A proactive problem-solver with a self-driven approach to learning.
* Basic proficiency in the English language.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Secondary education diploma, preferably in a technical or scientific discipline.

* Vaccinated against tetanus-pertussis and meningococcus (A, C, W, Y, B) — vaccination will still be required according to health protocols.
