Job Summary
The Revenue Operations Commissions Analyst is responsible for the design, implementation and analysis of sales compensation plans across the company, ensuring accurate and timely calculations and payment of commissions. This might involve building commission calculators, auditing payouts for accuracy, and providing reporting to sales leaders to help them understand the effectiveness of different compensation plans. This role involves collaborating with various departments such as sales, marketing, finance and customer service to ensure efficient and effective revenue operations.
Objectives & Responsibilities
* Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data on sales performance, marketing campaigns, and customer behavior to identify patterns and trends. Provide insights and recommendations for improvements.
* Commissions Management: Develop and manage commission plans, ensuring accurate calculation and timely payment of commissions to sales teams. Monitor and adjust commission structures as needed to align with business goals.
* Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to streamline operations and improve processes. Implement new tools and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
* Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track (KPIs) related to revenue operations and commissions. Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, business analysts, salesforce administrators, and sales team leaders to implement and collaborate on major sales-related projects. Act as the main point of contact for processes execution between teams and channel information to relevant stakeholders.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulator requirements related to commissions and incentives, Maintain accurate clients data within CRM and other systems.
Requirements & Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics is required.
* Experience in financial analysis and reporting, data analysis, sales operations, or comparable roles is preferred. Experience with CRM, sales automation platforms, or other revenue operations technology is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and CRM systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to present ideas clearly using oral, written, visual, and non-verbal communication skills. Strong active listening skills.
* Extreme attention to detail and consistently seek to understand through cause and effect
Preferred Qualifications
* A Master's degree in a related field may also be preferred.
* Good English level is beneficial.
