About the Role
As a CEO OFFICE | Strategic Project Manager at Coesia, you will contribute to the company’s growth and transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will support the coordination and execution of Group transformation processes, assisting business leaders with new business launches and other strategic initiatives. Working within the Transformation Office and under the guidance of senior leadership, you will collaborate across various levels of the organization to help ensure the success of key business transformation efforts.
This position involves regular interaction with professionals from multiple departments, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the company’s strategic direction while learning and growing in a dynamic environment.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Assist business leaders in the definition of transformation initiative and goals at Group, Division and Company level.
* Support business leaders and initiative owners in the monitoring of strategic plans by tracking milestones and KPIs and helping to identify obstacles to ensure smooth progress.
* Provide support with tools and content in collaboration with initiative owners and aid in the gathering of input from business leaders and project team members.
* Act as a support point for Coesia organizations regarding the execution of strategic plans, facilitating communication and information flow.
* Help to identify potential synergies and opportunities across different strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to the creation of analytical reports, presentations, and supporting documents for senior leadership and the Board of Directors.
* Participate in cross-functional and cross-business strategic transformation projects as needed, providing analytical support.
What You Need to Be Successful
* A university degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
* Some experience in consultancy firms or in corporate strategy roles, with exposure to international business environments.
* Financial knowledge, along with good project management and analytical abilities.
* Openness to change and willingness to embrace new ideas.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Proactive, customer-oriented approach, with a focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent skills in MS Power Point and MS Excel.
* Fluency in English, both written and oral.
* Availability to travel upon request (max. 10% of working time).
