This position is an Onsite IT Support Team Leader role that will require an individual to plan, follow, coordinate and report on run and project activities. The Onsite IT Support Team Leader will work with the client to schedule our activities, ensuring it fits with the client's timeline while the team's workload stays healthy.
The Onsite IT Support Team Leader will also be the escalation point for the whole OSS team reporting to him. He/she will have to build regular activity reports and present it to the clients during regular meetings and oversee the activity and manage the workload of a team of technicians.
The team consists of technicians in charge of all on-site support activities. Candidates will be required to also have a technical background in IT hardware support and previous experiences in production environment are appreciated.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor KPIs and SLAs
* Manage the team, schedules and shifts and handle time off requests, Timesheets, Annual objectives of the team, trainings / coaching / mentoring
* Plan team activities and present regular activity reports to managers and client
* Coordinate and schedule activities between global and local teams
* Monitor technicians' workloads, stock levels
* Monitor technicians' work, ensuring a good quality of the delivered service, a proper cable management in server rooms and client database accuracy
* Run quality routines, write and review technical documents
* Submit improvement ideas, always think of what can be improved to reduce the team's workload while enhancing the user experience
Job Requirements
* 5 Years' experience in an IT Support role or a Project Management role
* ITIL v4 notions
* Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite Including Teams
* Basic network knowledge (concepts)
* Candidates need to be flexible, efficient, and able to work autonomously
* Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences
* Strong sense of customer service
* Good organisational skills
* Team focused
* Driving license
* English and Italian mandatory
