Job Title: Project Manager
About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our Security and Building Management Systems (BMS) projects within our Integrated Solutions portfolio.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Manage all aspects of projects, including budget, schedule, resources, and deliverable quality
* Maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
* Assess contract changes and provide regular project updates to stakeholders
* Drive project success through effective leadership
How You Will Deliver Results
* Take full responsibility for successful project delivery
* Collaborate with customer project teams to coordinate milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts
* Oversee budgets and identify opportunities to enhance profitability
* Make informed decisions under pressure to keep the project on track
* Understand customer needs and provide recommendations and briefings to ensure alignment and satisfaction
* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships as their primary point of contact
* Foster a positive and productive project environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
What We Look For
* A University degree in Engineering or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably in Security or BMS projects
* Technical skills in managing the full project lifecycle, technical documentation, non-specific software, BMS knowledge, and communication protocols used in BMS
* Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
* Adaptability and ability to travel frequently within Italy and internationally
